Three Services
The full range of what we offer.
Movement overhauls, bezel work, and an extended Heritage Programme — each carried out with the same standard of care.
Back to HomeOur Approach
What every service has in common
Regardless of which service applies to your watch, the underlying approach does not change. Work begins with documentation. Assessment precedes action. The owner is consulted when decisions arise. Rate observation follows reassembly. And the watch is not returned until we are satisfied with its performance.
Written intake documentation
Current rate, condition, owner observations — before the watch is opened.
Component-level assessment
Under magnification, before any estimate is confirmed or work agreed.
Rate verification before return
Multi-day observation across positions following reassembly and regulation.
Service 01
Movement Overhaul
From MYR 1,000
A complete service pathway for mechanical, automatic, and small-complication calibres, carried out following horological convention and the manufacturer's recommended interval. The watch is documented through photographs and a written intake examination noting current rate behaviour, water resistance condition, and owner-noted observations.
The movement is fully disassembled, with each component individually cleaned through staged ultrasonic processes using horological-grade solvents, inspected under magnification, and renewed where wear has progressed beyond operating tolerance. Mainsprings, pivot surfaces, and pallet stones receive particular attention. Reassembly follows with carefully chosen lubrication, regulation across multiple positions, and a multi-day rate observation before return.
- Complete disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning
- Mainspring, pivot, and pallet stone attention
- Water resistance test and gasket renewal
- Multi-day rate observation, documented
- Photographic record included
Service 02
Bezel Insert Service
From MYR 750
A focused service addressing rotating bezels and bezel inserts on dive, GMT, and sport references. The work begins with examination of the bezel ring's geometry, the click spring or ball-bearing system underneath, and the insert's condition and seating.
Damaged or worn click components are renewed to restore precise indexed action. Faded or chipped inserts are replaced with correctly specified parts where current production allows. The service includes alignment verification and inspection of the lume pip or marker.
- Bezel ring geometry examination
- Click spring and ball-bearing renewal
- Insert replacement with period-correct specification
- Lume pip and alignment verification
Service 03
Heritage Programme
From MYR 2,190
An extended programme designed for watches of considered importance — vintage references, family pieces, and timepieces forming part of a long-term collection. The programme combines full movement service, case and bracelet attention with conservation in mind, gasket renewal and pressure testing, dial and hands review.
Where appropriate, sourcing of period-correct replacement components is undertaken. The owner is consulted throughout, with key decisions documented in writing. A photographic record covers each major stage. Timelines typically run from twelve to eighteen weeks depending on parts availability.
- Full movement service and case attention
- Gasket renewal and pressure testing
- Dial and hands review with conservation approach
- Period-correct component sourcing where possible
- Owner consultation throughout; photographic record
